Complying Development Certificate Application download
Commercial Work
Residential Work
This is a fast track 7 day process. A complying development certificate is for simple routine development whereby you do not require a development application and a construction certificate. The complying development is equivalent to both of these. Call us and we will let you know if this is allowed on your property.  
Design Statement download
Download this form if your proposed work involves any structural, hydraulic, mechanical, civil, roadwork or driveways. This design statement will be required to confirm that the design meets the proper levels of design.
Sediment Control Management Plan download
Download this form when you are required to provide a sediment control plan in accordance with a development consent condition or a complying development requirement.
Fire Safety Schedule download
Download this form when you need to obtain a construction certificate for commercial building and industrial building work. This form needs to be attached to the application for construction certificate. It is not required for residential building work.

You must ensure a qualified person such as an architect or engineer nominates the fire safety services in accordance with the Building Code of Australia.
