This compliance certificate will be required to confirm that the building works have been inspected and are to a suitable level of performance.
Fire Safety Certificate download

All commercial and industrial work requires a Fire Safety Certificate which must be signed by all owners of the building. It is completed when you have installed all your fire safety services by a qualified installer who should give you a certificate that the installation has been carried out to the Australian Standard. The Fire Safety Certificate must be with Accredited Certifiers before you occupy your building.
